It consists of 107 beds, with respite and dementia care units. Our primary goal is placing our focus on the health, lifestyle and wellbeing of our residents. Your passion for food along with your personfirst approach will make a real difference to the life of our residents. This is a fulltime, permanent role paying between $31.29 and $38.73 plus super subject to years of experience. Duties Plan and prepare wellbalanced and nutritious meals for our residents Liaise with residents, families, and the care team to ensure residents dietary, individual and cultural needs are met Support the efficient functioning of kitchen and catering services Comply with all infection control and food safety procedures Perform administrative duties related to the kitchen operation such as stock taking, and food quality assessment Skills and Experience Previous experience in the preparation and delivery of meals within a similar environment Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent is preferred but not essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to solve problems independently Culture We all share the same purpose at Bupa Aged Care.
