The Civil Works team are seeking an experienced Plant Operator/Labourer. This diverse and interesting role is integral to the success of the Shire Works Program, including the construction of several Civil Works projects currently being completed throughout the Shire of Murray. Reporting to the Civil Works Supervisor and based at the Shire of Murray Operations Centre in Pinjarra, you will be responsible for the safe operation of Shire plant and equipment and ensuring maintenance is performed to a high standard. An hourly rate of $35.99 to $38.92 will be offered dependant upon skills and experience. Key Duties Undertake the safe operation of plant and equipment. Provide further support with maintenance/construction projects, survey requirements or manual labouring tasks as directed. Undertake the placing and spacing of road traffic signage according to Australian Standards where required. Qualifications, Skills and Experience Hold a current unrestricted HR class national drivers licence with relevant experience. Loader operation and experience. Work Safe WA Safety Awareness Training Certificate (White/Blue Card).
