Create integration solutions that align with our digital and data strategy, ensuring interoperability across core platforms like AlayaCare, Aurion, Business Central, CRM, and our Data Warehouse. Work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand integration needs and design solutions that make life easier for everyone. Collaborate with the Digital Enablement team to ensure integrations fit with business needs, enterprise data models, naming conventions, and data governance standards. Apply bestpractice security and privacy requirements (including PII and ISO27001) to every integration. Set the standard for integration platform governance from design guidelines and development workflows to access controls, monitoring, and versioning. Champion a culture of best practice, continuous improvement, and architectural discipline. Youll thrive in this role if you Hold a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Integration, Software Engineering or bring equivalent experience. Have handson experience designing and delivering integrations across complex environments using: Modern integration platforms (iPaaS, low/no-code tools) APIbased integrations (REST, SOAP) Languages and models like C#, JSON, JavaScript, XML, Python DevOps lifecycle tools such as GitHub Can turn business needs into clear, practical integration designs. Understand transformation logic, mapping, routing, workflow orchestration, and error handling. Know your way around data structures, APIs, authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, certificates, tokens), and secure integration practices. Have experience partnering with data architects on data warehouses or lakehouses. Understand information security, PII protections, encryption, and secure data handling protocols. Can troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in complex system landscapes. Work well independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Communicate clearly and confidently, translating technical concepts into language everyone can understand. Are comfortable with project methodologies like agile and waterfall. Can meet compliance requirements, including a satisfactory National Coordinated Criminal History Check (or consent to acquire one).
