As a key member of the senior leadership team, the newly created role of General Counsel and Company Secretary contributes to GemLife''s strategy and operations on legal, corporate governance and regulatory matters.The General Counsel and Company Secretary plays a key role as an inhouse advisor, ensuring GemLife''s activities, growth initiatives and operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations, and that risks are identified and effectively managed. The successful candidate will work closely with a range of stakeholders offering counsel across a range of complex matters.
