Our global investment management platform manages approximately A$47billion globally in property assets via funds and separate mandates. We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to drive the financial strategy and performance of our Investments platform. This is a pivotal executive role, partnering with the CEO Investments, CIO and senior leadership to drive capital management, governance, and sustainable growth across a diverse portfolio. About the Role: Define and execute financial strategy for the Investments business, aligned with global objectives. Lead capital management, governance, and risk oversight across the platform. Partner with Boards and senior executives to deliver sustainable growth and returns. Advise and execute on strategic opportunities including new markets, M&A, joint ventures, and strategic investments. Implement high levels of financial discipline, ensuring effective systems, policies, and procedures. Represent Lendlease to financial institutions, investors, auditors, and public officials. Apply digital solutions to transform investment processes and decisionmaking. Lead finance transformation in the Investments segment, taking a continuous improvement approach as we create bestinclass finance function. About You: Proven experience as a senior finance leader in investments, funds management, or real estate within a corporate or listed entity. Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence at Board and executive level. Expertise in capital markets, global financial frameworks, and governance. Ability to communicate clearly, and make the complex simple. Experience leading acquisitions, divestments, and forming strategic alliances or partnerships.
