From our founders first recruits on a NYC subway to a global panel of 3 million participants across 150+ countries, we now support research for companies like Microsoft, Anthropic, and Canva. Our panel is one of the most diverse and responsive in the industry. Were a lean team of ~30 people across Sydney, Manila, and the U.S. Weve recently become profitable and we are ramping up to accelerate growth. The Role We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead our enterprise sales strategy and drive revenue growth for our market research technology platform. This strategic leadership role requires a proven sales executive who can build and scale high-performing teams, close complex deals with enterprise clients, and establish our company as a thought leader in the research technology space. The ideal candidate will have expertise in B2B SaaS sales, a track record of exceeding revenue targets, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles with Fortune 500 organisations. What Youll Do Sales Leadership & Strategy Own and execute Respondents enterprise sales strategy Build, lead, and scale a team of quota-carrying sales representatives in a growth-stage environment Design and embed sales processes, methodologies, forecasting, and performance frameworks Partner closely with executive leadership on go-to-market strategy, positioning, and long-term growth Enterprise Sales & Business Development Personally lead and close complex enterprise deals with large, global organisations, including Fortune 500 companies Navigate long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with deal values typically ranging from $20k$130k+ Drive new business acquisition while maintaining strong retention and expansion across key accounts Lead commercial negotiations and contract structuring with senior decision-makers Team Building & Development Recruit, onboard, and develop high-calibre sales talent capable of operating in a specialised SaaS environment Coach and mentor sales leaders and individual contributors to consistently exceed targets Establish clear performance metrics, accountability, and feedback loops Build and sustain a high-bar, results-driven sales culture Market & Industry Leadership Develop deep, expert-level knowledge of market research technology, participant recruitment, and research operations Represent Respondent at industry conferences, events, and senior client forums Build strategic partnerships across the research, insights, and technology ecosystem Maintain close awareness of competitive dynamics, pricing models, and market trends Cross-Functional Leadership Work closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to align revenue strategy with product and delivery Translate customer and market insights into product direction and company strategy Contribute to company-wide initiatives, leadership discussions, and culture as a senior leader What Youll Do Experience 8+ years of progressive B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in high-growth or scale-up environments 3+ years in sales leadership or management roles Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding enterprise revenue targets Demonstrated success building and scaling sales teams in complex, non-transactional sales environments Deep experience closing large, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with extended sales cycles Sales & Technical Capability Strong understanding of SaaS business models and enterprise sales motions Demonstrated knowledge of the market research industry, including research operations and methodologies Advanced proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools Expertise in pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and revenue analytics Comfort leading technical demos and engaging in discussions involving APIs, integrations, and platform capabilities Leadership & Professional Skills Exceptional communication and presentation skills with C-level and executive audiences Strategic thinker with the ability to translate long-term vision into execution Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex commercial environments Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders Extensive experience negotiating complex commercial and contractual arrangements Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills Experience across multiple customer-facing functions (Sales, Customer Success, Operations) Professional sales certifications (MEDDIC, Challenger, Sandler, etc.) Experience speaking or presenting at industry conferences or events Exposure to people operations or organisational design in scaling companies #J-18808-Ljbffr
