Drive a consistent employee experience across the ISS corporate offices Create targeted strategies to address areas with low engagement scores, ensuring alignment with the broader Employee Value Proposition Ensure D&I initiatives and strategy are effectively communicated and accessible to frontline staff, providing tailored support and engagement opportunities Partner with D&I Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to enhance their D&I strategy and initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Internal Communication Strategy : Lead efforts to ensure consistent and engaging communication of company updates, policies, and events (in conjunction with MarComms Team) Provide support to country P&C and communications teams in executing local engagement campaign. Employee Recognition Review our Employee Recognition Program and Systems, ensuring the program reflects diverse perspectives.
