The Role As a Centre Director of a 106 approved place centre, your main responsibilities will include : Manage daily centre operations, including staffing, budgets, and parent communication. Inspire and support educators and teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth. Design and deliver engaging, ageappropriate activities for childrens holistic development. Prioritise childrens safety and wellbeing, adhering to policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards. Cultivate a positive, inclusive culture that values teamwork and diversity. About You To be successful in this position, you must have : A Diploma or Bachelors of Early Childhood Education, or working towards the qualification (ACECQAapproved) Current WA Working with Childrens Check Recent Child Protection Training / Safeguarding Current FirstAid Certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) Passionate belief in the early years care, development and education of children Strong ethics and genuine approach towards child safety and WHS Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Commitment to ongoing professional development Adaptability, flexibility and resilience and is able to respond positively to change Australian unrestricted working rights Application Contact If you wish to apply for this role, please do so via the website or email your resume directly to Tel : Not for you?
