General Manager SEAP Region The General Manager will spearhead the strategic direction and operational execution of the SEAP region, covering Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Philippines, Australia and New Zealand. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a minimum 10year regional strategy aligned with APAC regional and global objectives. Drive revenue growth and profitability through market penetration, product innovation and operational efficiency. Identify opportunities for the Adelaide plant and forge strategic partnerships. Oversee regional P&L, budgets and financial forecasting; implement costcontrol measures. Lead marketentry strategies for emerging economies (e.g., Vietnam, Philippines, New Zealand) and tailor value propositions to local consumer behaviors and regulatory landscapes. Build, mentor and retain a multicultural leadership team; foster a performancedriven culture with talent development and succession planning. Strengthen relationships with governments, distributors and key clients; collaborate with regional/global engineering, supplychain, product and marketing teams. Ensure adherence to local regulations (trade, labor) and global compliance standards; mitigate risks from geopolitical shifts, supplychain disruptions or economic volatility. Champion digital initiatives (e.g., ecommerce, SAP, SalesForce, CRMdriven analytics) to enhance operational agility and promote sustainable practices aligned with ESG goals. Qualifications 15+ years in senior leadership roles, including 10+ years managing multicountry P&Ls in SEAP. Deep knowledge of automotive dynamics in SEAP, particularly the Australian aftermarket network. Education: MBA or equivalent preferred. Financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, ROI analysis). Fluency in English and one SEAP language (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Mandarin) is a plus. Agility in navigating regulatory complexity and cultural nuances. #J-18808-Ljbffr
