This performance and the strength of the portfolio underpin the Companys purpose of growing long-term value for shareholders, our people, and our communities by mining safely and responsibly.Job DescriptionThe opportunityWe are currently looking for a Head of Investor & External Relations to join the team at our corporate head office in Subiaco.Step into a pivotal role at Regis. Youll work with the CEO and senior executives to shape how Regis shows up on the market stage. From investors to brokers, youll be the key connection, ensuring the Regis story is compelling, the strategy is clearly articulated, and market presence is maximised.Reporting directly to the CEO, youll lead the development and execution of our investor relations strategy, strengthening relationships with investors, brokers, and other key external stakeholders.The main responsibilities of this role include:Partner with the CEO to shape and deliver Regis financial, strategic and ESG narrative to investors, analysts, proxy advisers and key market stakeholdersBuild and implement a clear, impactful investor relations (IR) strategy, framework and communication processJoin senior leadership at investor meetings, roadshows and key market engagementsTranslate broker, analyst and investor insights into sharp management reports and papers that highlight trends, risks and opportunities for senior leadership and the BoardCultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersManage IR calendars and lead investor perception studies to guide strategic decision-makingCraft high-quality IR communications and public materials, presentations, ASX announcements, Q&As, memos, briefings and website contentCoordinate external reporting activities, including annual financial, sustainability, climate related and ESG disclosuresMaintain accurate contact registers and meeting noticesSupport Business Development through targeted market research and commercial insightsWork closely with the Company Secretary on disclosure obligations and materials for ASX releases, Annual Reports and results presentationsMonitor trends and updates in IR reporting standards to keep Regis aligned with best practiceDesired Skills and ExperienceAbout youTo be successful for this role, you will have:Proven senior-level experience in Investor Relations or a capital-markets role, ideally in resources or regulated sectorsA deep understanding of how capital markets operate, including valuation drivers, investor behaviour, sell-side dynamics and a broad understanding of the Australian and global funds management landscapeWell established relationships across the investment community and confidence to engage at the most senior levels of the finance industryConfident, persuasive, and trusted operator with strong relationship-building skillsExceptional financial communicator, able to distil complex performance, forecasts and market trends into compelling insightsDeep understanding of market drivers, corporate governance, disclosure rules, and M&A dynamicsESG-savvy, experienced in embedding sustainability into strategy and reportingHighly proficient with Microsoft Office suite and a strong attention to detailHands-on mindset and willingness to take ownership in delivering high-quality outputs in an ambiguous environmentAcademic qualifications in a commercial or technical discipline are highly regardedWhat we can offer:Collaborative work environment where your input mattersEmployee service awards and employee referral incentiveSupportive and highly experienced leadership teamWellbeing support for you and your family for personal and professional matters (EAP)Competitive salary with annual incentivesAs Regis Resources continues its evolution from mid-tier gold miner to a leading Australian gold producer, this is a unique opportunity to join Regis.
