Overview We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Lawyer (24PQE) to join our Major Projects team in Melbourne. Working closely with Jo Teagle, you will handle a steady flow of work across procurement, facilities management, maintenance, services contracts, construction, asset disposal and disaster recovery projects, with exposure to workplace and healthsafety law. Clients include the Department of Defence, RACV, Greater Western Water, Emergency Recovery Victoria, Myer, Homes Victoria, Department of Government Services, Westpac and the WA Department of Communities. Skill & Experience Technical legal experience in construction and/or goods and services procurements (private practice, government or inhouse). Knowledge of Commonwealth and/or State government procurement policies. Experience drafting and reviewing project, tender and contract documentation. Strong client interaction and teamwork skills. Enthusiasm, curiosity for learning and a resilient selfstarter. Ability to work autonomously, attention to detail and provide outstanding client service.
