The Role Review and audit valuation reports for completeness, accuracy and adherence to standards. Identify areas for improvement and implement bestpractice compliance systems. Manage and maintain national report templates to ensure consistency and efficiency. Oversee workflow processes and risk mitigation strategies. Provide feedback and training to valuers to support continual improvement. Lead system enhancements and data integrity projects across digital platforms. Support the executive team on delegated compliance and quality initiatives. What You''ll Bring Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) with significant commercial and rural experience. Deep understanding of valuation compliance requirements within the banking sector. Knowledge of CoreLogic and Valocity systems. Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to mentor valuers. Indepth understanding of Australian and NewZealand Valuation Standards (and IVS). API or RICS membership essential.
