The Opportunity We are seeking a Principal Recruitment Consultant to lead and grow our Business Support desk. This is a senior billing role for a high-performing recruiter who thrives on business development, market ownership, and closing high-value recruitment solutions. You will leverage your established client network while developing new revenue streams across business support functions. Youll operate with a high level of autonomy, backed by a respected global brand, and be trusted to build, scale, and lead a profitable desk while contributing to the broader commercial success of the business. The Role Owning and growing a high-value Business Support portfolio across permanent recruitment Driving new business through proactive sales activity, market mapping and client acquisition Converting opportunities into long-term, retained and exclusive client partnerships Managing end-to-end recruitment assignments with a strong focus on revenue, margin and delivery excellence Positioning S&You as a trusted recruitment partner within the Business Support market Leveraging national and global networks to maximise deal flow and cross-selling opportunities What are we looking for?
