About the RoleStart 2026 with a Fresh Role Join NovaCare as a Quality Officer!Part Time Opportunity 4 days a week.As our Quality Officer, youll play a pivotal role in supporting NovaCares continuous quality improvement initiatives across Support at Home (SAH) and Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) services. From incident management to participant surveys, your work ensures we maintain high standards, regulatory compliance, and exceptional care for our participants.ResponsibilitiesReviewing and managing incidents, feedback, and compliments, ensuring timely follow-up and reporting.Preparing monthly and quarterly quality reports, tracking clinical indicators, and supporting audits.Supporting compliance and continuous improvement projects, helping us stay ahead in aged care excellence.QualificationsTertiary qualifications or experience in Health Administration, Quality, Risk Management, or similar.Experience in incident reporting, quality management, and clinical data ideally in aged care or community services.Highly organised with attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and strong Microsoft Office proficiency.A team player who can work independently while collaborating across disciplines.Bonus PointsKnowledge of SAH, CHSP, and Assistive Technology & Home Modifications (ATHM).Experience with MOA or similar audit systems.Deep understanding of aged care standards and continuous improvement principles.Why NovaCare?Were not just a care provider were a team guided by the FiSH Philosophy, bringing fun, energy, and passion into everything we do.
