How You Can Make a Difference We''re looking for a Research and Evidence Lead to join our Clinical Evidence team and keep our work beating strong. You will lead systematic reviews, evidence syntheses, and guideline development that puts research at the heart of better health outcomes You''ll translate complex evidence into clear, practical resources, mentor colleagues, and engage stakeholders to ensure our outputs are rigorous, relevant, and impactful. You will have the opportunity to work flexibly, blending your time between home and one of our capitalcity offices. What You''ll Be Doing Lead systematic reviews and evidence syntheses that keep our guidelines at the heart of best practice. Translate complex science into clear, accessible resources that engage clinicians, policymakers, and the community. Mentor and inspire colleaguesbecause strong hearts work better together. Build meaningful connections with health professionals, consumers, and stakeholders. Keep projects and resources moving smoothly from start to finish. What You''ll Bring A degree in a healthrelated field (postgrad highly regarded). 5+ years'' experience in evidence synthesis or systematic review methodology. Proven project management skillsyou can juggle multiple priorities without skipping a beat. Leadership or supervisory experience with a collaborative approach.
