What''s Involved This role is a pivotal leadership position at the heart of our marketing and commercial success. You will shape the strategic direction and performance of our fruity, sparkling and Brown Brothers brand through longterm vision with handson impact. Responsibilities Lead category and portfolio strategy and implementation as a global leader. Act as brand ambassador for Brown Brothers, responsible for global strategy, creative development and performance. Lead, coach and develop a highperforming team; partner with other departments to align delivery of brand and category strategy. Manage brand and category budgets with financial and commercial accountability. Qualifications 10+ years experience in brand, category or marketing management ideally within wine, FMCG or premium beverage sectors. Proven success in leading brand strategy and execution at portfolio or category level. Strong commercial acumen managing P&Ls and marketing budgets. Leadership experience with direct reports, coaching and performance development. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Passion for wine, brand storytelling and consumercentric innovation.
