About The Role and Team A&M''s Employment and Payroll Advisory practice, in our People Services team, brings together the experience of employment relations, payroll, taxation and data analytics specialists. We support our clients in ensuring their workers are paid correctly and efficiently, while complying with all of their employer obligations. As someone who wants to build something meaningful and shape the future of payroll advisory, you''ll get to work closely with senior stakeholders (internally and externally) and contribute to highprofile engagements. Examples of Client Projects Payroll Reviews & Advisory Partnering with clients to assess payroll operations, identifying risks and implementing system enhancement and process improvements. M&A Activity Supporting clients to manage the employmentrelated aspects of M&A Activity, including payroll due diligence. Engaging with target businesses to uncover risks, quantify exposures, and prepare clear, actionable reports. Payroll and Superannuation Remediation Assisting our clients to rectify payroll and superannuation issues identified. Also managing key stakeholders, including impacted employees, the Fair Work Ombudsman and/or the Australian Taxation Office. What You Bring To The Team Experience: Proven experience working in a Payroll or ER Advisory role. Prior exposure to M&A and due diligence work would be highly favored. Background: Consulting experience, particularly in payroll advisory, ER, transformation, or system implementation. Professional services experience is preferred.
