Role As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will build a highvalue Senior HR desk, move that line of business from internal practice to a wider market, and promote innovative flexible HR recruitment solutions to HR leaders across industries. Responsibilities Drive the expansion of the business line and build a highvalue HR recruitment desk focused on senior appointments. Strategic planning and execution of the plan to build a highvalue HR recruitment desk. Report to the Director of the business and play a key role in building out this capability. Provide trusted partnership and advisory to clients as a subject matter expert. Be ambitious, driven and results orientated, using competencies to achieve goals. Balance client management, recruitment and administrative work with a focus on achieving objective. Experience At least six years of experience in the recruitment industry as a specialized Principal Consultant, Managing Consultant, sector recruitment manager or branch manager, with specialization in HR recruitment. Experience building or managing a desk that has focused on highvalue temporary contracting within a speciality.
