Head of Learning Systems and Integration Suitably experienced and qualified teachers are invited to apply for this permanent teaching position with the leadership appointment of Head of Learning Systems and Integration for a 5-year period. Lead optimisation, governance, and continuous improvement of Schoolbox and Intellischool analytics. Drive alignment and innovation in digital learning across the College in collaboration with IT, academic care and heads of department. Act as key contact for external digital partners and support integration of other platforms (Synergetic, Clipboard, EdSmart). Enhance teaching and learning by streamlining LMS workflows, supporting teachers and improving student experience. Manage reporting and analytics, ensuring accurate tracking of student progress, wellbeing and engagement. Deliver professional learning, coaching and resources to staff to maximise effective use of digital systems. Ensure digital systems comply with governance, data privacy and curriculum requirements. Demonstrate strong leadership, project management and data literacy to support innovation and consistency across departments. Demonstrate a passion for teaching, pursuing innovative thinking and interdisciplinary learning. Be energetic, enthusiastic and demonstrate a willingness to grow through the sharing of best practice and professional experience. Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal and excellent time-management skills. Promote and participate in pastoral and co-curricular programs, including but not limited to school camps and excursions. Commit to the safeguarding and promotion of student welfare. Qualifications Teaching qualification with experience in digital learning or systems leadership. Experience with Schoolbox and Intellischool or similar platforms.
