Sector Lead Seniors Living & Institutional Portfolio A well-established design studio seeking an experienced, strategic and relationship-driven Sector Lead to shape, grow and steward a healthy Seniors Living and Institutional portfolio. This is a key leadership role for a seasoned professional passionate about building trusted partnerships, guiding clients through complex decisionmaking and delivering meaningful projects for community and care. This role is well suited to a confident communicator with strong client leadership capability to support and expand its work across the sectors whilst offering the opportunity to influence studio culture and play a pivotal part in the continued growth of the local team. Key Responsibilities Act as a primary client interface, developing and maintaining strong, ongoing relationships within the existing portfolio Lead briefing conversations and strategic project discussions, shaping direction from the earliest stages. Provide highlevel design guidance, ensuring outcomes align with client aspirations and sector best practice. Support the studios growth by contributing to sector strategy, profiling and new business opportunities. Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to achieve project goals. Offer mentorship and leadership to the broader team, fostering a positive, collaborative studio culture. Ensure regulatory compliance, technical quality and design integrity throughout the project lifecycle. Skills & Experience Masters Degree in Architecture and ARBV Registration. 15+ years of postgraduate experience, with strong expertise in aged care and institutional projects. Proven ability to lead client and stakeholder engagement. Strong communication and advisory skills. Leadership presence with the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams and influence outcomes.
