Commercial Director AU & APAC Sydney, NSW | Full-time | Leadership Opportunity Are you a commercially astute leader with a proven track record in driving growth, optimising operations, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes? Were seeking a Commercial Director to lead the next stage of growth for a market-leading organisation. The Role Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will oversee commercial, marketing, and customer service functions to grow revenue streams while maintaining the organisations high standards of service and customer experience. You will own your P&L and set the strategic direction for your teams, driving performance, innovation, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead business growth initiatives, performance management, and workforce development across commercial, marketing, and customer service teams Build and strengthen strategic B2B partnerships and stakeholder relationships Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial management with full P&L accountability Ensure compliance with post-market surveillance and product regulations (e.g., NDIS / TGA) Embed a high-performance culture that balances growth with exceptional service quality Execute strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels (B2B, B2C, digital, and in-person) Present sensitive and complex information confidently to directors, private equity stakeholders, partners, and team members Drive data-informed decision-making while being agile and responsive to evolving business priorities Champion customer aftercare and long-term engagement About You You are a commercially focused leader who thrives in a growth-oriented, purpose-driven environment. You dont need prior healthcare experience subject matter experts within the business will support your learning but you must bring a strategic mindset, commercial acumen, and energy to lead a passionate team.
