About NSWALCThe New South Wales Aboriginal Land Council (NSWALC) is the peak body representing Aboriginal Land Councils in NSW. Established under the Aboriginal Land Rights Act 1983, NSWALC works to protect and promote the rights and interests of Aboriginal people by returning culturally significant land, fostering economic independence, and advocating on issues that matter to our communities.The OpportunityThe Executive Director, Community provides strategic leadership for the design, coordination and delivery of high-quality supports to Local Aboriginal Land Councils (LALCs) across NSW.
