About the Role Lead ASC''s fundraising and partnership strategy, reporting directly to the CEO. Inspire and manage a team of professionals, embedding best practice donor engagement. Deliver significant uplift in philanthropic grants, major gifts, bequests, corporate partnerships and community engagement. Build and steward strong relationships with highvalue donors, foundations, businesses and supporters. Champion innovation in donor experience, data integrity, and fundraising technology. Collaborate across ASC to elevate our profile, generate income, and ensure longterm sustainability. About You We are looking for a proven fundraising leader who brings: A successful track record in securing 56 figure gifts, grants and bequests. Strong management skills with experience leading highperforming teams. Commercial mindset with the ability to deliver sustainable revenue growth. Excellent communication, negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills. Analytical capability to inform strategy, reporting and ROI improvement. Desirable attributes Desirable attributes include lived experience as a refugee or person seeking asylum, CFRE certification, FIA membership and knowledge of CiviCRM.
