About the program The Shared Services team provides cross-functional support to SHARC''s programs and work streams. It includes finance, information technology, contract management, organisational support and development, quality and communications staff. About the role The Quality Lead supports and contributes to the effective development and implementation of quality, risk and compliance frameworks, systems and processes to maintain the integrity of SHARC. The role works collaboratively across the organisation to support quality service outcomes for all its programs and services. The successful candidate must have 3-5 years of quality management experience to effectively support the development and implementation of quality frameworks. In addition, the Quality Lead will provide information about incidents, risks and feedback, analysing data/trends to the leadership team and the Quality and Safety Committee. Key responsibilities Quality, Risk Management and Assurance activities Support the coordination of the Community Services accreditation cycle for SHARC inclusive of accrediting body requirements, staff preparation communication and education, quality project coordination, completion of gap analysis and the monitoring and completion of quality action plans. Manage SHARC''s risk register, incidents and feedback, currently maintained in Sentriient. Draft and review policies and procedures relevant to operational and clinical matters relevant to the delivery of SHARC programs. Coordinate the development and maintenance of compliance controls, registers and procedures. Support the ongoing maintenance, development, improvement and implementation of SHARC''s Quality Improvement and Risk Management systems and processes. Coordinate SHARC''s legislative compliance updates. Conduct internal audits and reviews, complete reports, and record and track audits / reviews. Conduct and support investigations or case reviews in response to significant incidents, events or complaints. Conduct root cause analysis as required in response to significant events. Systems Management Facilitate and support the continual review, improvement, implementation, maintenance and alignment of SHARC''s Policy and Procedure Framework. Support maintenance and administration of Sentriient for the documentation of incidents, complaints & feedback, risks, quality activities, privacy requests. Support SHARC staff in developing and evaluating local procedures and guidelines that are robust and evidence based to support informed decision making and clinical practice. Reporting, Administration and Communication Prepare relevant reports for the Quality and Safety Committee, Leadership and Board to allow for an effective analysis of data and information. Support the communication and sharing of knowledge and information about quality and risk across all SHARC teams. Provide daily follow-up to staff on incident reporting, quality & compliance matters. Provide administrative support to quality projects, working groups and committees.
