HUBLOT- Brand Director ANZ, Sydney Australia basedThe Brand Director for Hublot Australia & New Zealand will serve as a visionary and strategic leader, responsible for the overarching success and expansion of the brand within ANZ market. This pivotal role entails complete profit and loss (P&L) accountability and demands a handson approach to overseeing all facets of the business, including retail operations, wholesale partnerships, marketing, finance, human resources, and customer relationship management. The Brand Director will champion brand excellence, drive strategic initiatives, and cultivate a highperforming team to elevate Hublot''s presence and market share across ANZ.Job responsabilitiesStrategic Leadership & Business Development:Define, execute, and monitor the regional business plan, ensuring alignment with global objectives and a focus on sustainable growth and profitability.Lead strategic planning, policy development, and operational execution to foster business expansion.Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities across all channels.Assess current distribution networks and identify potential new avenues, including store openings and closures.Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, driving innovation and adapting to evolving market conditions.Oversee and coordinate core functions such as operations, sales, marketing, finance, and administration.Manage budgets, financial reports, and financial statements, making crucial financial decisions regarding budget allocation, cost management, and revenue generation.Collaborate closely with the Australian Financial Controller to optimize financial and operational performance, establish budgets, enhance efficiency, and maintain profit margins.Implement the global brand strategy through robust sales initiatives, merchandising, training programs, marketing campaigns, and trade relationships.Drive growth across retail, wholesale, and marketing channels.Champion brand excellence through handson coaching and leadership in luxury service standards.Develop and implement localized marketing strategies (digital, social media, partnerships, public relations) to enhance brand awareness and desirability.Plan and execute boutique animations and instore activations that elevate the client experience and bring the brand to life.Safeguard Hublot''s brand image by ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and communications.Provide strong leadership and clear direction to the organization, setting welldefined goals and objectives.Build and maintain highperforming teams through effective leadership, talent attraction, professional development, and retention strategies.Lead, inspire, and develop multicultural teams, fostering a highperformance culture and ensuring succession planning.Promote a positive work environment and cultivate a culture of collaboration, accountability, and customercentricity.Operations & Customer Relations:Oversee daytoday operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, continuously monitoring and improving operational processes and workflows.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and key stakeholders.Ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction through the delivery of quality products and services.Oversee CRM and clienteling initiatives to strengthen customer loyalty and retention.Manage product availability through accurate forecasting and stock planning to meet local market demands.Compliance & Risk Management:Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and ethical business practices.ProfileProven experience as a Brand Director or in a similar senior leadership role within the luxury retail sector, ideally with a luxury watch brand.Demonstrated experience in leading a business or division through periods of growth, with full P&L ownership.Handson experience and exposure to Sales, Commercial, Finance, HR, and Operations, with the ability to lead teams across these areas.Demonstrated ability to drive financial success and growth.A tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable.Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop highperforming teams.Strong strategic thinking and astute decisionmaking capabilities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.A customerfirst mindset with a profound understanding of luxury client expectations.Ability to build and maintain robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.High attention to detail, uncompromising integrity, and discretion.Agile and adaptable, with the capacity to lead effectively through change and uncertainty.Proficiency in relevant business software and systems.Willingness to undertake occasional interstate and international travel. #J-18808-Ljbffr
