This pivotal role involves overseeing the entire project delivery process while ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer service. Key Responsibilities Conduct structural steel estimating and tendering based on plans provided by clients. Manage financial control for projects, ensuring budget adherence and profitability. Oversee management staff involved in project delivery. Facilitate client liaison and maintain strong customer relationships. Manage materials procurement and financial reporting. Supervise the shop drawing process and document control. Issue approved works packages to the workshop for fabrication. Handle progress claim management and cash flow management. Oversee subcontract management to ensure quality and efficiency. Key Qualities Required Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service. A financial or senior management background is beneficial.
