Business Unit Overview Our People & Culture (P&C) team supports leaders to effectively lead people and performance to deliver business strategy and objectives. The P&C seeks to strengthen recruitment, compensation, learning and development, performance, employee engagement and employment law practices across the employment lifecycle. Role Purpose The People & Culture Partner partners with key business leaders to provide strategic and operational HR advice and supports employees and management across the business. Responsibilities include daytoday HR activities such as employee relations, performance management, training, recruitment and general HR advice. The Partner proactively identifies HR requirements, collaborates with the Group Head of People & Culture and the P&C team to develop and implement initiatives and build capability. Key Responsibilities Provide HR generalist support with expertise in Employee Engagement and Learning & Development. Lead the Employee Engagement strategy at group, business unit and location levels, designing and delivering initiatives and managing the annual engagement survey. Design and lead the People Leadership development journey. Provide expert HR advice to employees and leaders on matters such as salary benchmarking, employee relations and engagement. Advise and coach leaders on employmentrelated matters in accordance with legislation, HR policies, procedures and industrial instruments. Facilitate performance management and grievance processes in line with policy and legislative requirements. Stay current with employment legislation and HR/IR industry trends. Manage P&C contract negotiation and vendor relationships with HR system providers in partnership with key stakeholders including Procurement (e.g., Seek, LinkedIn, GO1). Lead and support a range of HR projects and undertake other duties as directed. Qualifications and Experience Bachelors degree in HR, Behavioural Science, Law or related field. 710 years experience as an HR Business Partner in a fastpaced, rapidly changing environment. Telco or tech sector experience preferred. Strong technical expertise in Employee Engagement and Learning & Development. Proven experience delivering successful employee engagement strategies and L&D initiatives, especially in leadership. Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong influencing and relationshipbuilding skills across audiences. Proactive and collaborative business partnering approach with commercial acumen and agile problemsolving skills. Experience using Culture Amp and intelliHR (desirable).
