An Interim Senior Business Change Lead for a major non-departmental public body, who are undergoing tremendous reorganisation and change to how they operate.RoleInterim Business Change LeadDuration6 monthsLocationHybrid and in Brighton (minimum 4 days per month)This Change touches all aspects of the organisation, and they are looking to invest in their people, and change their culture to be more market-facing, accountable and collaborative.This Business Change Lead will review ways of working, policy and process, manage Organisational Development Change and Cultural Change.
