Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will partner closely with operational leaders across the group to provide financial insight, guidance and support that drives performance, compliance and sustainable growth.This is a handson role that combines leadership with strong technical capability. You will play a key role in monthend, financial compliance obligations, and the delivery of timely, accurate weekly and monthly reporting. You will also be a key driver of continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.Key ResponsibilitiesFinance Operations & Business PartneringProvide financial support and guidance to operational teams across the groupMaintain accuracy and integrity of financial data and finance systemsSupport budgeting, forecasting, modelling and cashflow managementIdentify, implement and communicate scalable process improvementsEnsure compliance with statutory, regulatory and governance requirementsReportingDeliver timely and accurate weekly and monthly financial reportingOversee P&L, Balance Sheet, debtor and cashflow reporting across entitiesSupport monthend close and external compliance obligations (BAS, IAS, payroll tax, etc.)Provide financial analysis and insights to support decisionmakingLeadershipLead, coach and develop members of the finance teamFoster a highperforming, collaborative and accountable team cultureWork closely with business leaders and internal stakeholders across the groupContinuous Improvement & RiskIdentify operational and corporate efficienciesSupport financial governance, risk management and internal controlsContribute to the ongoing development of finance policies, procedures and systemsAbout YouYou are a proactive, commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with the business, getting into the detail, and driving improvement.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor''s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or similarCPA or CA qualification (or working towards) preferred35 years'' experience in financial reporting, control and team leadershipExperience working in a multientity or corporate services environment is advantageousSkills & AttributesStrong attention to detail with a track record of improving processesSolid understanding of financial governance and complianceStrong commercial acumen and financial systems capabilityExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProven ability to lead, coach and share knowledgeComfortable working in a fastpaced, growthoriented environmentSelfmotivated, adaptable and collaborativeWhat We''re OfferingA collaborative team environment and cultureOpportunity to utilise your business acumen and build on your capabilities and strength to deliverEmployee BenefitsFlexible working arrangements with one day a week working remotelyFriendly work environment located in Milton, within walking distance from the train station & paid parkingThis is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to make a significant impact within a growing organisation.If this sounds like the role for you, click apply now!#J-18808-Ljbffr
