Permanent, Monday to Friday 07:00 - 15:00. $64.25 per hour + super + salary packaging to reduce tax! The Role We are looking for experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) for our beach view, Corowa Court Residential Home, in Morningtonhome to 120 residents. Responsibilities - Provide excellent, resident-focused care in relation to specialised nursing needs, such as management of diabetes, wounds, infections, pain and medications - Lead and mentor care teams to deliver high-quality services and support continuous improvement - Apply specialist knowledge of aged care standards, legislation, and clinical best practice - Manage care planning, case management, and incident reporting to maintain health and wellbeing - Promote dignity, privacy, and positive relationships with residents, families, and staff - Support staff development through coaching, orientation, and fostering harmonious team culture - Analyse clinical and quality indicators to drive improvements in care outcomes Qualifications - Expertise in gerontic nursing, including dementia and palliative care and current registration as a Division 1 Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) - Strong knowledge of aged care standards, legislation, and safe medication administration - Ability to lead, mentor, and develop clinical teams - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Understanding of Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) and care planning processes - Demonstrated ability to work semi-autonomously and make sound clinical decisions - NDIS Worker Screening Clearance ID or the ability to obtain Why Benetas? - $62.45 per hour + superannuation - Not for profit salary packaging up to $18,550 per annum - reduce tax and increase your take home pay - Permanent shifts working Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 15:00 - Career Progression Internal promotions, cross-departmental mobility, leadership development opportunities, internal training programs + our own Scholarship program - Recognitions and Awards celebrate your achievements with peer and Benetas recognition programs Join us on our fulfilling journey, as we transform the experience of ageing through collaboration, new ideas and genuine care.
