You will: Have 2+ years'' Director experience Hold a Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching Degree (ACECQA Approved) Hold current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis & Child Protection training Be passionate about playbased learning & environments as the 3rd teacher Excel in mentoring educators and creating positive workplace culture Experience managing service budgets and operations Your Day to Day Lead & inspire your team - provide daily guidance, mentoring, and support Drive curriculum excellence - collaborate with our Educational Leader & Curriculum Practice Manager Oversee compliance & safety - rosters, ratio, documentation & regulations Build strong family connections - create a welcoming, communityfocused service Manage budgets & resources - ensure the Centre thrives operationally & financially About Rise & Shine Kindergarten For over 11 years, Rise & Shine Kindergarten have set the benchmark in Early Childhood Education.
