They are in growth mode, investing in people and process, and now need a strong Financial Controller to bring structure, rhythm, and commercial clarity as they scale. The role As Financial Controller, you will own the day to day finance function while also stepping into a strategic advisory role. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to improve reporting, forecasting, cashflow, and decision making. What youll be doing Leading month end close, reporting and insights for the CEO and leadership team Budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management and financial modelling Revenue, margin and cost analysis to support profitability and growth decisions Overseeing AR, AP and payroll processes with a small internal team Improving financial controls, systems and reporting cadence Supporting audit, compliance and risk management where required What you bring Full working rights in Australia Proven experience as a Financial Controller or senior finance lead CA or CPA qualified Strong commercial acumen and confidence partnering with leaders Comfortable being hands on in a small team, while still thinking big picture Experience with Business Central and or Xero is highly desirable Strong communication skills, you can translate finance into digestible data and insights How to get involved Ready to step into a role where you can genuinely influence growth?
