What You Will Be Doing Lead all aspects of centre operations and quality, ensuring safe, highquality environments and bestpractice standards every day. What Were Looking For Proven experience leading an early education service. A Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education. Strong working knowledge of NQS, NQF and quality practice. Excellent communication, organisational and relationshipbuilding skills. Kind, courageous leadership that builds trust and strengthens capability.
