Job Description CareerTrackers is seeking an energetic Program Manager to lead, motivate and inspire a team to ensure the successful delivery of the CareerTrackers programme, supporting organisational efficiency and driving performance outcomes. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead the delivery of the Programme across Queensland and the Northern Territory. You will have strong commercial acumen and excel at managing and developing the capability of a small team. You will have experience in building community trust and partnership, having worked with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in Queensland, the Northern Territory and/or across the country. You will understand the importance of data that will inform how you implement, evaluate and manage all programmerelated activities. You will be committed to building and refining the organisation''s strategic plan, aligning with the organisations culture of excellence that underpins future programme and organisational enhancements. Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of team leads and their direct reports Provide coaching and advice to team members to achieve performance outcomes, while also fostering career growth Contribute to the building and refinement of the organisations strategic plan and its relation to the designated region Manage own portfolio of community and university relationships Uphold national programme delivery standards and practices, working closely with other Programme Managers to ensure a consistent approach Cultivate a studentcentric and collaborative culture through work with university and community partners Drive accountability and a solutionsfocused, innovative mindset, encouraging the team to contribute to continuous improvement of processes and practices Oversee management of relationships across university and community partners and support the team of advisors to effectively manage key stakeholder relationships Coach the team and ensure they receive appropriate training to deliver against programme KPIs Utilise data to evaluate progress towards team targets and identify achievements and areas for improvement Effectively communicate changes to national processes in a timely and structured way Manage conflict situations internally or with key stakeholders to diffuse situations and reach desired outcomes Selection Criteria Awareness of, connection to and passion for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture and community Proven leadership experience that inspires and engages both own team and all other stakeholders to deliver outcomes Strong interpersonal skills, especially verbal and written communication, and ability to develop positive relationships with stakeholders across industry, academia and community partners Strong general knowledge of different careers and organisational structures across professional industries Strong resilience and proven ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve ambitious targets and goals Strong planning skills, attention to detail and initiative to think laterally and strategically to meet deadlines and deliver outcomes Willingness to take on varied tasks and display initiative Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
