Responsibilities Deliver day-to-day timely end-to-end payroll services across several pay periods and cycles in line with enterprise agreements, policies, statutory requirements, and service level agreements; Collect, calculate, and enter data to maintain and update payroll information; Assist employees with payroll queries, month-end reporting and develop financial and operational reporting as required; Action and resolve errors relating to reconciliation and reporting of employee wage and salary payments to the ATO/IRD and internal Finance team; Liaise with auditors and ensure delivery of internal and external audit requirements; Pay data reconciliations to ensure compliance; Assist with Payroll testing and other Payroll duties as required; Must be able to start at 7:30am bi-weekly to accommodate New Zealand timing. What we are looking for 3+ years experience working in a similar role within a fast paced and busy payroll environment; Strong knowledge and confidence with E2E payroll and AU and New Zealand employment legislation; Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook); Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and ECP preferred but not essential.
