About The Opportunity Lorrex Contracting, a division of the iContracting Group, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Superintendent to join our team due to new long-term projects kicking off. Roster and Environment Roster: 8/6 day shift only Environment: mining load and haul About You Extensive supervisory experience in mining or bulk earthworks Experience maintaining Caterpillar and Komatsu earthmoving equipment, including HD785-7 rigid dump trucks and CAT992K loaders Minimum 5 years in a similar role within the mining environment Strong safety-focused approach to work Excellent leadership and people management skills Effective communication and organisational skills Ability to lead, develop, and mentor crews HR License - desirable White Card - essential Australian Working Rights - essential Responsibilities As the Maintenance Superintendent, reporting to the Project Manager and managing workshop personnel, you will: Mentor and manage workshop HD fitters, servicemen, and subcontractors as required Ensure safe maintenance practices while meeting daily KPI targets, managing both planned and unplanned events Conduct daily pre-start and toolbox meetings Identify and resolve maintenance-related issues with the project team Maintain high safety standards and lead by example to encourage safe work practices Ensure compliance with relevant codes and specifications, and implement client requirements Benefits & Rewards Be part of team first environment Competitive salary package plus superannuation Supportive training and development Ongoing projects and career growth Visit our website at: www.icontracting.com.au iContracting is an equal-opportunity employer that encourages applicants from diverse backgrounds to apply.
