Reporting to our Supporter Relations Manager, you''ll be the friendly voice and helpful hand for our amazing supporters whether that''s answering calls, responding to emails, processing donations, or helping improve the way we do things.You will have the opportunity to work flexibly, blending your time between work and our Subiaco office.What You''ll Be DoingActing as the first point of contact for supporter questions, feedback, and small escalations.Managing phone and email enquiries (there''s lots of phone work and you''ll be great at it).Processing donations and keeping supporter records accurate and up to date.Taking the lead on process improvement and documentation.Supporting rostering, time management, and the day-to-day smooth running of the team.Assisting with CRM projects and the occasional WA-based office admin task.What You''ll BringExperience in supporter care, customer service, or call centres charity or fundraising experience a big plus.A calm, confident phone manner and knack for building rapport.Comfortable with tech ideally experienced in Raiser''s Edge, Genesys, Outlook, and Excel.Strong time management and organisational skills.A team-first attitude and the ability to handle BAU while juggling new projects.Why Join Us?At our heart, we are driven by purpose.
