Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Services, this full-time and permanent position is based in Vistra North Sydney and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Business Services team and its growth. In this professional services role, youll oversee daily operations, ensure top-tier service delivery to our clients, and drive team performance through effective workflow management and smart delegation. Youll also play a key role in developing talentmentoring and coaching junior team members both locally and offshore. If you''re ready to make a meaningful impact and help shape a high-performing team, we want to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesManage the operational responsibilities of a Business Services team to deliver high quality services to clients.Produce, review, and manage the delivery of client advice and outputs.Prioritise, delegate and review tax compliance assignments including the annual financial statements, tax returns, activity statements, FBT, ESS and other tax compliance requirements.Provide high quality tax service and advice to clients and manage relationships with clients.Continuously building and maintaining strong relationship with both Australian-based and international-based stakeholders.Liaise with third parties including ATO, ASIC and client advisors.Key RequirementsBachelor in Accounting/ Finance; and CA or CPA Qualified (required).Big 4 or mid-tier experience.Have a minimum of 7 years business services experience (or related).Minimum 3 years of staff and team management experience and client relationship management.Preparation and analysis of complex management accounting reports.Experience in Tax advisory/research skills.Advanced MS Excel skills.Experience with APS, XPM and SharePoint.Company BenefitsIn our Australia offices, we believe in putting our employees well-being first!
