Base + super + work vehicle + phoneWere on the hunt for a Service Technician to join our NSW Technical Services team, based in Alexandria. Youll keep our customers'' equipment in top shape - primarily through servicing and also supporting with workshop-based installs and pre-deliveries.This is a customer-facing, hands-on role supported by a close-knit team and equipped with the tools and training to deliver first-time fixes and quality outcomes.What youll be doing:Attending service calls across metro Sydney (plus occasional travel from Central Coast to South Coast)Providing preventative maintenance and breakdown support to wholesale and caf accountsPreparing machines in the workshop, including installs and pre-deliveriesReplacing water filters and monitoring equipment conditionCollaborating with Service Coordinators to plan your weekParticipating in monthly national/state on-call rotations (e.g. for weekend emergencies)Working on premium equipment, including:Nuova Simonelli & Victoria Arduino espresso machinesRex Royal S300 automatic machinesFiorenzato & Mazzer grindersWhat we''re looking for:Youre technically minded, customer-focused, and calm under pressure. Youre confident troubleshooting in the field and prepping machines in the workshop, and you take pride in getting the job done right. Youre familiar with iPads and systems, and while an electrical licence is a bonus, its not required. A background in hospitality, barista work, whitegoods, or field service will work. Youre reliable, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused- someone who communicates clearly and works well with Coordinators, Technicians, and Sales teams.
