Youll be part of a well-established team with a strong track record delivering power infrastructure across the state.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily site activities on transmission, distribution, and substation projects.Lead and mentor electrical crews and subcontractors, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of works.Oversee installation of HV equipment, including conductors, transformers, switchgear, and associated infrastructure.Drive compliance with WHS legislation, environmental obligations, and project quality systems.Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, and client representatives to ensure smooth delivery of works.Maintain accurate site records, report on progress, and assist with issue resolution.Conduct pre-starts, toolbox meetings, and uphold a strong site safety culture.RequirementsDemonstrated experience supervising electrical works on powerlines and/or substations.Strong understanding of HV construction, sequencing, and commissioning processes.Ability to manage crews and subcontractors in remote project locations.Strong leadership and communication skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.QualificationsWA A Grade Electrical Licence (or recognised equivalent).HV switching and additional industry authorisations highly regarded.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionManagementIndustriesElectric Power Transmission, Control, and Distribution, Services for Renewable Energy, and Electric Power GenerationReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at ConnectYou by 2xGet notified about new Electrical Supervisor jobs in Perth, Western Australia, Australia. #J-18808-Ljbffr
