What Youll Be Doing Leading and managing a team to develop and implement workforce policies aligned with NSW Health priorities. Providing expert advice on complex policy issues to senior executives and stakeholders. Researching, evaluating, and monitoring policy impacts to inform decisionmaking and future planning. Building strong relationships across NSW Health and representing the Ministry on key committees. Overseeing projects and ensuring timely delivery of highquality reports, briefs, and cabinet documents. About You Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience in HR, industrial relations, or workforce policy. Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects in a fastpaced environment. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with experience in policy development and evaluation. Highly developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and deliver results under pressure.
