About the Role This is a dynamic and multifaceted position suited to someone with 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, including Shopify and Meta advertising. Youll be a key player in growing our digital presence, creating engaging content, building brand awareness, and connecting meaningfully with our audience. Youll also have the opportunity to contribute ideas to the brands direction and deepen your garment and fitting knowledge to influence and drive sales. Youll collaborate closely with another specialist and the Creative Director. In the early stages, youll receive support as you learn the brand, systems, and workflow. After settling in, we anticipate you taking the lead on creative concepts and helping elevate the brand across all digital platforms. At photoshoots, you will plan and direct video and advertising content for the next season. Our team takes extended holiday breaks during the following periods: June / July / early August Late December / January / February Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day processing of web orders and ensure timely fulfillment Maintain and update our Shopify website, including seasonal uploads and content improvements Plan, schedule and create engaging social media content across platforms and directly connect with the audience Develop and manage Meta Ads, Google Analytics and other marketing campaigns Analyze and optimize digital and social performance metrics.
