What Youll Do Oversee daily store operations and ensure your team is motivated, productive, and customer-focused. Train and develop staff to achieve excellence in customer service and pharmacy operations. Implement and monitor pharmacy policies, procedures, and compliance standards like QCPP. Plan and execute promotional activities to maximize sales and community engagement. Develop strategies to drive sales, monitor stock performance, and improve GP%.
