The Opportunity We are seeking a handson and customerfocused Project Manager to support the performance, condition and lifecycle management of Cougars hire fleet across the South Coast region, with a strong emphasis on GM3 mine sites. Working predominately onsite at Appin, this role is a key point of contact for our customers and plays a critical part in ensuring our equipment operates safely, reliably and efficiently. You will build strong relationships with underground teams, provide daily oversight of equipment condition, coordinate maintenance planning, and represent Cougar across multiple sites. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong mechanical knowledge and experience in underground coal who enjoys a mix of technical work, customer engagement and problemsolving. Key Responsibilities Support daily maintenance planning and review shift reports. Track equipment condition, performance and lifecycle requirements. Diagnose faults and assist with repairs, including underground inspections. Manage parts requirements and cost allocation (wear, lifecycle, damage). Maintain accurate reporting, logs and equipment data. Coordinate weekly and monthly planning with internal and external stakeholders. About You Strong understanding of underground coal equipment and diagnostics. Experience in fieldbased, customerfacing or liaison roles. Ability to interpret technical data and maintenance reports.
