Job Description

Key Responsibilities Financial Analysis & Loan Strategy: Analyse client financials, research lending products, and help develop tailored loan scenarios and recommendations. Loan Application & Compliance: Prepare submission notes, manage compliance requirements, and oversee the administrative side of loan applications (including construction loans). Client Communication & Presentation: Draft client-facing reports and recommendations, support presentations, and manage ongoing client communications. Data Management & Workflow Coordination: Maintain data integrity in internal systems, coordinate workflow, and handle general administrative duties. Client Relationship & Review Support: Assist with client engagement initiatives, schedule reviews, and prepare supporting reports. Training & Information Support: Support training activities and ensure accurate collection of client information. About You 23 years experience in finance, lending, or administrative support (ideally in a brokerage or financial services environment). Experience as Broker Support, Loan Processor, or Financial Administrator highly regarded. Strong financial analysis and research skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and mortgage broking software (e.g., Broker Engine, Quickli, Xplan).
