As a Broker Associate / Credit Analyst at Amara, you''ll support one of the Top 100 Brokers, handling the credit side of mortgage applications and driving efficiency across the process. Youll help clients from initial assessment right through to settlement, with a particular focus on selfemployed applicants and more complex cases. Our office is based in Manly, and our tightknit, highperformance team works with both onshore and offshore support to deliver outstanding client experiences. This is a fast growing company and this role offers lots of opportunity to grow. You are supported in this role with admin support, app building support, post approval support allowing you to really focus on your credit and deal structuring skills. This is the perfect role for someone looking to become the best parabroker and not be bogged down in the mundane. There is opportunity in this role to transition to a broker either on a comms only basis or PAYG. Responsibilities Assist in preparing and processing loan applications Liaise with clients, lenders, and our internal team to manage documentation and followups Analyse selfemployed income, financial statements, and credit risk Maintain compliance, quality, and accuracy in all credit assessments Communicate confidently and clearly with stakeholders Help manage a highvolume pipeline, staying organised under pressure Ideal Candidate Profile 2+ years experience in broker support, banking, underwriting, or credit analysis - ideally with exposure to private banking or high networth clients Strong knowledge of selfemployed income structures and lending requirements Processdriven, detailoriented, and able to consistently deliver under tight deadlines Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A team player who thrives in a highperformance, collaborative environment Available for a January / February start date Whats on Offer Fulltime, permanent role Competitive base of $80,000$120,000 p.a., plus super and performance bonuses (dependent on experience) Flexible working: mainly remote, with optional one day a week in our Manly office or CBD.
