The role involves working with men who perpetrate family violence and prioritising the safety needs of women and children who have been impacted by the violence. You will work in multi-disciplinary team that is passionate about the work that it provides for the community. As part of this appointment, Western Health offers monthly ADOs and 5 weeks annual leave. Key responsibilities Assessment of clients under consideration for participation in our programs. Facilitating the Men''s Behaviour Change Program. Providing individual case management support to male perpetrators of violence. About you A relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or related qualification. Previous experience facilitating group therapy, particularly Mens Behaviour Change desirable. Demonstrated experience in the specialist family violence field, particularly working with perpetrators of violence desirable. Strong commitment to enhancing the safety of women, children and the community.
