OverviewWe have newly created permanent, full-time positions for Automation Operators to join our newly established team in Moorebank, Western Sydney.Schedule: Initially, roles will operate on a Monday to Friday day shift. Your main focus will be ensuring all equipment is technically ready and the site is clean and safe for customer testing and handover. You will work closely with the Project and Service Teams to prepare equipment such as robots, ASRS systems, pallet conveyors, and other tools to ensure they run smoothly and reliably. You will also clear out any leftover debris and keep the environment controlled during final testing. Your work will help ensure customer testing goes smoothly and the site is ready for long-term success as it moves into full operation.ResponsibilitiesAlways clean as you go to keep the area around machines safe and working well.Quickly clear any system blockages and work with the team to reduce delays.Record causes of blockages to help prevent recurrence.Focus on fixing issues correctly the first time and seek continuous improvement.Build good relationships with other teams and be a helpful contact for questions.Use live dashboards to spot and fix slowdowns before they become bigger problems.Support the setup and testing of the system to ensure readiness to go live.Follow all safety rules, report hazards, and help maintain a safe workplace.About youYou bring a disciplined mindset and a can-do attitude to every task.You understand the importance of working safely and looking out for others.Youre open to different shift times and can adapt as needed.Youre proactive and take initiative to get things done.Youre clear and confident in speaking or writing, facilitating easy teamwork with teammates, clients, and partners.You have experience in customer service and know how to deliver a great experience.Experience with SCADA systems is a bonus.What we offerA competitive remuneration package will be offered to someone who is a team player with a positive, energetic attitude and work ethic, plus the ability to think creatively.
