Minimum of 30 hours a week commitment is required.Who we areWe empower students and their studies by providing an ecosystem of highly effective tutoring, resources and support. We run weekly small-group tutoring sessions, presented by young and experienced tutors that teach in a simple, intuitive and engaging way. We also supplement these sessions with weekly workshops, complimentary 1-on-1 support and a learning portal with a comprehensive suite of resources and practice material to help students master their subjects.Over 6,000 students and 150+ team members have joined Contour since our founding in 2020. We have been listed three years in a row as one of the Fastest Growing Startups by the Australian Financial Review, and we continue to grow year over year.It''s our vision to reshape education, starting with tutoring.What you''ll do Outbound Leads: Contact interested students and parents via phone, email, and text, share details about our programs, answer questions, and book free trial weeks. (This is primarily a B2C outbound calling sales role!) Manage Enquiries: Handle incoming enquiries via phone, email, and text, sharing details about our programs, answer questions, and book free trial weeks. Drive Enrolments: Conduct follow-ups with prospective students and parents who have completed free trial weeks, converting interest into enrolments by showcasing the value of Contours offerings. Hit Your Targets: Meet and exceed enrolment goals by managing a robust sales pipeline, maximising every opportunity to connect and engage. Provide Insights: Share feedback and ideas with the Sales Team Leader to enhance processes and improve conversion rates. The role offers structured operating hours across weekdays (12pm - 9pm) and weekends (9am - 5pm) and provides strong earning potential through commissions. There is a robust training program with weekly group sessions and personalised coaching and potential to become a Senior Sales Rep with leadership opportunities for suitable team members.Who You Are Customer-Centric: You listen actively, show empathy, and build strong relationships with students and parents. A Sales Star: You know how to identify opportunities, address concerns, be solution-oriented to objections, and confidently guide families through decisions. Organised & Proactive: You juggle multiple enquiries and follow-ups with ease, keeping everything on track to meet your targets.
