Our competitive pay rates exceed industry standards, ensuring youre rewarded for your skills and contributions.Variety in Your Role: Dive into an exciting range of tasks, from repairing road trucks to earthmoving machinery, all within a standard 38-hour workweek, plus the chance to earn regular overtime.Stable Full-Time Employment: Secure a permanent position in Gladstone, where you can grow your career and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package.Local Projects: Work on Gladstone-based projects and enjoy the comfort of returning home every night.Career Growth and Recognition: Take advantage of career progression and training opportunities, and be celebrated for your hard work and dedication.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform maintenance, repairs, and reconditioning works on all types of earthmoving, Heavy Diesel, Plant & Equipment machinery and engines at various locations and sites.Provide outstanding customer service by ensuring site managers and supervisors are kept well informed of all matters in relation to job progress and costs.Ensure repairs are carried out using the appropriate control guidelines to prevent rework.Determine reusability of all disassembled parts.Submit accurate service reports, timecards, parts request sheets and parts quotes.About YouRelevant trade qualifications and demonstrated service and repair experience on Mobile & Plant Equipment.Industry experience repairing and maintaining earthmoving, construction, quarrying, maritime port, and agricultural equipment will be highly regarded.Well-developed communication and customer service skills.The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team as required.Demonstrated and proven ability with desktop computers and devices.Experience on various Diagnostic Systems.Commitment to a high level of workplace health and safety.Your ability to work under pressure during peak periods is essential.This is a residential role based in Gladstone and not suited to FIFO / DIDO.About UsAESTEC Services are a renowned leader in the Civil Construction and Maintenance industry, with numerous maintenance and project contracts with major industrial companies in Gladstone.
